Day 26: The agent broke overnight

I did YC in 2010 and we are back doing it again in the current batch. 26 days left until Demo Day. Follow us along while we build a billion dollar company.

An automated agent was set loose on stalled patient conversations and did not survive the night.

I did YC in 2010 and we are back doing it again in the current batch. 26 days left until demo day. Follow us along while we build a billion dollar company. A billion dollars, Emily! We attempted to unstick 275 people last night, but our agent fought back. Turns out that Claude and gives us all these HIPAA requirements even though we're fully HIPAA, it doesn't allow us to send text messages sometimes. We talked to our friends at RunType to help us improve the agent loops and we should have an update on that tomorrow. Now look, this is gonna seem like a failure because we needed five people but we only got two people signed up. Since we are the actual drug manufacturer, we also make money when people pay for their prescription. We did actually hit an important milestone today. Also, I was counting the weeks wrong. So last week, we actually had 52 patients, 71 patients today, which is a 37% growth. Last week, we were doing $55,000. We were doing $101,000 today, which is 83% growth. So we did hit our 10%. So the lesson here is if you are not hitting your goals, just reformat the way you're counting things. And we are going scorched earth on marketing, offering free haircuts outside the YC office to anyone who wants to try GLP-1s. If you need a haircut and want to microdose GLP-1s, hit us up. and an update on our automated release.com issue fixer. Is the pipeline working? It's not working. We have it. The first pull request? The first one, the first one. And it went through on its own? Yeah. What did we fix? I need to check. I will see you tomorrow with 25 days left until Demo Day. See you then.
